There is no doubt that every movement needs a leader and a leadership. A movement that has an Islamic nature and has Islamic goals by who can and must be leaded?

It is obvious that by those who in addition to having the general conditions of leadership are also well acquainted whit Islam and who are completely familiar whit Islamic goals and its ethical, social, political, and spiritual philosophy. And who are completely familiar whit Islamic insight and perspective about existence, creation , the origin of creation , the creator of existence , the reason and necessity of existence and about humans and the human society and by those who understand Islamic plan about how a human being should be like, how should it live ,how to build and shape itself and its society , how to continue its movement and whit what kinds of things should it fight and in short what path should it choose and how should it go.

Obviously only those who have seen Islamic education and training and are completely familiar with the Quran, the Sunna, Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic studies can undertake a leadership like this. There fore only the clergy men can lead an Islamic movement.

Every Islamic movement must have the backup and support of a mental and cultural movement , other wise it will be caught in the trap of currents that have a cultural backup and it will be attracted by them and it will change its course . Just like the way we saw some groups that didn"t have a cultural backup being entangled like flies in spider webs.

 On the other hand any cultural movement that we choose as the backup for our Islamic movement must come from and be developed by our old culture and not from other cultures.

It is not enough for us to combine some parts from other cultural like Marxism and egzistansialisti and put an Islamic cover on them so it can lead our movement in an Islamic direction. We must compile Islamic philosophy of ethics, history, politic, economy, religion and theology that have been inspired by Islamic studies and offer it to our own people.
